“The bathroom floor was disgustingly dirty. I washed it myself when I arrived. Management was notified and pictures shown. Just makes you wonder the cleanliness of other areas, rug, bedding, etc.”

“Very clean Also convenient location. Good place to stay.”

“Price was within our budget. Had handicap room. Very clean. Close to Ft Sumpter in the Villages. Complimentary breakfast was good. No surprise charges when we checked out.”

“Very clean, staff were great, we enjoyed the breakfast. My only complaint was the pillows were not the best 4 on a king bed but 2 were like 1. The bathroom fan was loud and you could not have light without it. Other than that it was a nice place to stay while visiting the area.”

“깨끗하고 편하게 머무르고 갈 수 있는 호텔입니다. 디즈니월드갈때 강력추천합니다.”

“This place is my home away from home ! I am treated with respect by professional staff!”

“Overall, the place was OK… I did notice and kill German cockroaches 3 to be exact … the area where they gave me a room could be better. I was situated with most locals living in the back part of the building.. not where I would preferred to be among the almost homeless”

“We’ve stayed here several times for horse shows at Grand Oaks. It’s only 10 mins away and easy to get to. Lots to offer in the area for dining. Hotel was great. Good breakfast included. Beds are super comfy. Will stay here again!”

“All was good!”

“The lobby smelled like smoke, but my room was nice and clean. The bed/pillows were extremely comfortable.”

“Rooms were infested with live bed bugs and roaches. Grounds and pool were unclean and dog feces all over property. Property and rooms should not even be available for someone to stay for even 20 minutes. Should be condemned!”
