โWell its owned and on the cathedral property. Wow I did not know that. It was a unique experience and close to the main streets. It was a great place to sleep next to the cathedral. It was cool to go to breakfast and see a priest or other parishioner getting ready to start a conference or some other worthy activity, not that that was the exclusive attendance of the hotel.โ

โWe stopped here for a Spitfires game for our young fella and to be honest wasnโt expecting much - but we were incredibly pleasantly surprised!! This place is exceptional, easy to find, easy to access and staff instructions were friendly and easy to follow. This is a great stay! โ
โWe loved staying here. It really had a mix of modern and historical. Felt like a proper English hotel and had a tub in our room!! Hard to find in Europe. There was some construction but it wasnโt impacting our experience and itโs obvious theyโre reinvesting in the property and up keep which makes me know I would want to stay there again in years to come. โ

โThe property was not the standard I expect of Expedia. The heating was on a schedule such that at night the temperature in the house was around 6 degrees giving me a backache until I asked the owner to keep the temperature at a constant 23 degrees. There no toiletries provided till I asked the owner to provide them. There was only one bowl for porridge until I asked for more of the owner. โWe stayed here for just one night whilst we were visiting friends in Herne Bay and we will stay again! It was so convenient, there was parking around the back, and the hosts were lovely. We stayed in Room 3 which was massive! It had a little lounge area, a lovely bathroom and the bedroom area was big as well with plenty of room to get ready. There was also a fan in the room which was appreciated! Breakfast was lovely and the choice was really good. We canโt recommend this place enough. โ
