Everything was marked well, easy to find, and clear instructions were set out for the use of amenities in/around the property. Bonus points for the cruelty free products that were supplied. There were a couple of small things that would have really gave it that extra something though. It would have been nice to have a little space to sit outside on such nice days, even just enough room for a patio chair...

Door closed, call emercency no, learned that I have been transferred to ABBA INN on Queen's Road ?? again door locked & no enveloppe with the keys for the door and for the room, long wait outside on the street, lost my evening waiting for help, finally a russian person gave me a key for room 6 in ABBA INN."
