โExtremely friendly receptionist and itโs so nice to be accompanied to your room rather than be left alone .
The hotel rooms are quite quirky with antique furnishings and our room had an oriental/ Asian flavourโฆperhaps some artwork over the bed would have made the room more appealing.The bed and shower were great and extremely hot water so that is a bonus.
We walked to visit Burghley house which is located behind the inn and is a must see.

โThe staff were welcoming, very helpful & friendly. Our room was clean, comfortable and looked like it had recently been refurbished. We had everything we needed & even some shortbread with our tea tray, a lovely extra touch!
We ate in the bar & again both the food & service were excellent. I cannot rate our stay highly enough & we are looking forward to returning next year & using it as our base for Burghley Horse Trials. Thank you ๐โ
โItโs obvious that every single corner of this beautiful destination is well maintained and cared for. Itโs not state of the art or brand new, but itโs beautifully looked after. Itโs not ostentatious but super comfortable and high quality. The spa area was a fantastic treat. The food in Blossoms was outstanding. The team were discreet, yet warm and friendly.
