"Love the location and staff at this hotel. I stay here every time I am in London. However, the last time I was here, I was not told that there is no desk or table in the room (premium Queen, which is what I always book - I always had a table and chair before), so it was difficult for me to get any work done on my computer. Other than that, I would recommend it."

"The room was perfectly located, staff excellent , easy book in, locked room to leave luggage if arrive early, breakfast so worth it for £7 lots of choice, very convenience to paddington station literally 2 minute walk, pubs, gift stores , places to eat 1 minute away. Would highly recommend "

"Very large hotel. Nice enough rooms that are modern and clean. There was some confusion regarding our room not being ready when we arrived (6pm, so I would expect it to have been ready for a couple of hours) we were initially offered a different room type that we did not want (2 separate adjoining rooms instead of 2x double beds in one room). However, it was sorted out within 10 minutes. The room didn’t seem 100% ready when we got there. But it was good enough. The breakfast room was very busy and the staff inside (other than the man at the door who welcomed us) were not particularly polite or welcoming. Other than these minor gripes it was a good stay. The area felt comfortable enough to walk around. There are several places nearby to get food and drink and this is one of the very few hotels in London where it is possible for a family of four to all sleep the same room using 2 double beds, without anyone needing to use a flimsy sofa bed. "

"The breakfast menu was excellent and of real quality standard. The room was very clean and the front desk and kitchen staff were very friendly, welcoming and professional. I definitely will be visiting again. Much appreciated 👏 "
