โBed was very comfortable. The balcony had a nice sitting area with the pool was clean and refreshing. It was a short walk from the ferry and to the seaplane base. Loved all the kitties around.โ
โI wish I knew they were under renovations, the restaurant is closed and the breakfasts is grab and go. Beside that, service here is amazing, the views an incredible and my birthday room upgrade was amazing!!! I would stay here again, after the restaurant opens and pool side bar re opens. โThe Ritz always does an amazing job of putting their best foot forward. Right away you could tell that the staff was trained to give all guests undivided attention and courtesy no matter who they were from the gardeners and landscapers to the managers. โOverall great experience - super nice property, ocean view, short walk to the beach, 2 pools. Our only complaint was that our room (The Hansen, a king suite room) was right next to the staff laundry room. The door was always open and weโd have to be careful opening our door, and staff would often be talking and hanging out right outside our door. โThe staff is incredibly friendly and go out of their way to make your stay amazing. Shout out to the transportation supervisor Ms. Freeman, she went above and beyond to find a fruit that I had 40 years ago on the island and get me some.
