"This place was exceptional. Whole condo to yourself. Gated parking. The beach is directly on the property with shade trees to sit under if you don't want direct sun while enjoying the beach. The water was clear and clean. Beach Chairs are provided free by the property management. Norma, one of the staff members, was a delight to talk with and has a great outlook on life."

"Property was great the ac in the room work the entire week I was their. Water pressure was great too, water stayed hot for the most part. There was only one restaurant on the resort ate there a couple times. There is two bars on Property. I didn't have any issues finding parking there is alot of walking through or you can wait for a golf cart the pick you up in those to get around on resort. I stayed in building 14 it's was far walk to get to main lobby and food etc. There gonna be super pushy about attending the time share meeting once you get there which was hour and half the following morning. They called probably 6 to 7 times to ensure we were attending the following morning we checked in. They gave us 125 dollars vouchers that you can use while on resort. They don't have like functioning beach on Property the seaweed smells horrible. 250 security deposit. And they give you bracelets to open your room doors."

"It really is a view of paradise. It's far enough away from the busy parts of the island to create a little oasis but close enough that you can go to restaurants or shopping etc. It's really in a really gorgeous location and the interior of the condo was so nice. I would definitely stay here again if visiting the USVI."

"This villa is in an excellent location, few minute walk to the old town and restaurants, grocery store, etc. Given the challenges finding parking downtown on St. John, that was a huge plus. A few minute walk down to the market as well. My wife loves that our unit is very clean and quality furniture including bed and linens. Well stocked kitchen with adequate dishes and cookware for family. AC and fans were great quality. The patios and balconies are very large making it enjoyable to be outside to enjoy the views. A really nice plus was that each unit had beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and snorkeling gear available for use at no charge. Very easy to send messages to the host and management for any issues. We decided to extend 2 times here and on the 2nd the host rearranged another unit with an early check in so that we could move our food and other goods easily."
