“Great hotel,”

“The room and facilities were very clean and well-kept. However, I felt that staff members need more professional training, I didn't expect professional-professional and skillful staff members as this is not a chain hotel though. I'm thinking that staff members of a boutique hotel need professionalism as much as they need friendly and lively attitude. Typical boutique and 3-star hotel, but overall not bad considering its room rate.”

“Decor, amenities, location, and the fabulous staff. Loved the bar and restaurant downstairs ”

“Right in front of the subway station. Nice and large room. ”

“Lovely stay! Very cool style and exceptionally convenient location which made our stay so much more productive. Would stay again. Just be aware it is on Oxford St and can be noisy at night. Didn’t bother us I can sleep through anything, and the bed was comfortable.”
