โFriendly staff, super clean, quiet and NEW. Confident to the train station. Area is in transition, so there are lots of homeless people in the area. Heavy police presence, so i felt safe there. Would definitely stay again โ
โThe location was fabulous for a student to move in CUIMC. I stayed before settling down with my dorm. It is just 10 min away by walk and has beautiful view. I really enjoy my stay and I would definitely recommend this to everyone who comes to visit me. โ
โPoop on sidewalks to the left about 50 ft, so not hotels area but that does look bad on the hotels reputation. Does it smell like pot everywhere in NYC?โ
โAmazing location for shopping. This hotel has so many fun activities for the family to enjoy together. The basketball court near the bar was a wonderful bonus!! I highly recommend this property โค๏ธโ
โAt first, the room was prepared for someone else, room service drink did not come as ordered, the cafe had terrible wait on the food(both breakfast and lunch), and no apologies from the staff. The individual components are good but the service connection needs major improvements.โ
