"No bath in room but all rooms are the same. The rooftop bar is overrated and food and drink massively overpriced even by London standards which is a shame when you are a captive audience and have little choice. Staff are pleasant and effcient."

"The room was very clean and very tidy however, the bed was very uncomfortable also requested additional towels prior to arrival and after arrival and neither time was towel sent to the room, which was a little disappointing. The bed is something that’s uncontrollable I understand as we lay in the bed. It becomes worn down, however towels that could’ve been completed there was no reason for that to not happen."
