"For what we paid, it was a good value. The room had plenty of space and staff were pleasant. Good water pressure and temperature. There were three things that kept this from being a five-star review. First is that there was generally just a lot of wear… some stains on the carpet, and the smell of old smoke (which is probably really tough to get rid of without gutting the room). Second, the beds and pillows could’ve been a lot more comfortable; we had a hard time getting to sleep. And last, the breakfast was mediocre, especially the eggs. We wound up skipping it after the first night and getting breakfast elsewhere (lots of good choices in the area). All in all it’s not a bad option for a reasonable price, but I’d think twice if there were other nearby hotels at a slightly higher rate."

"We have stayed here several times. The hotel is always clean and inviting. We checked in later in evening. Check process was quick ans easy. As a hotel member we received warm chocolate chip cookies. I wish there was a Gluten-free one. Our room was on the fourth floor. Both elevators were working. The room was clean. The only issue we had was that the toilet took a long time to flush. You really have to hold the handle down good. Our sink was very slow to drain. Beds and pillows were comfy. The shower was nice."
