“Excellent staff and dining. Bedroom was spacious with good shower but the bed creaked, was too soft and you wallowed when moving. ”

“Reception staff was quite brusque and not at all friendly. Bar staff were excellent. Bar food menu is quite limited and I believe it's the same menu in the dining room (hearsay). To be fair it was just a place to sleep for 5 hours and I didn't see or experience any of the amenities.”

“I booked a room for one night. I was allocated room 440. The room was unbearably hot and was uninhabitable as a consequence. Despite my protestations I was unable to move rooms and ended up having to sleep in the car. I ended up asking for a refund which is yet to be forthcoming. I am waiting to hear from the nanager”
