"Great hotel! Just outside of the downtown area, and close to the Fort and Butterfly House. Our room was on the 4th floor, and had a small balcony that faces the pool/hot tub. The shower had great water pressure and you didn’t have to wait for hot water. The beds were comfortable. The covered porch on the second floor was nice for enjoying our morning coffee. Breakfast was adequate, and staff was attentive to making sure items were filled. Will stay again in the future."

"More or less average rooms. Partial Lakeview was the joke I half expected. If i stood behind a chair and leaned above the a/c, I could see some lake between some trees and buildings. High points were a nightly bonfire with smore makings down by the beach with clear views of the Grand Hotel on Mackinaw Island in the distance, and indoor and outdoor hot tubs and pools. Breakfast also the average fare, but nice view from breakfast room as well. All in all, a good location and a pleasant stay."

"Our stay was great.Clean room. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly promote this hotel. Easy access to many other attractions and restaurants, some within walking distance. Docks are within walking distance also. No complaints whatsoever!"

"The location was great just short walk to see the bridge.The room needed work the tub shower fixtures were all shot sink drain not working properly.And furniture is really ready to go.And was expecting are continental breakfast.Didn’t like the places you wanted to send us for breakfast"

"Well maintained inside and out. Wonderful lake view with like-new patio chairs on our balcony. Very much appreciated the friendly, helpful and professional staff. Delicious breakfast. We liked the outdoor dining space so much with the beautiful lake view and firepit that we stayed for dinner. We will definitely be back!"
