"It was a truly horrible experience. On top of that, they charged me an extra $75 for early entry, even though I had notified them I would be arriving at 3 AM and was told check-in wasn't until 3 PM. I paid it because I was exhausted from driving for so many hours and wasn't about to wait from 3 AM to 3 PM to check in; however, I have proof that my arrival was scheduled for 3 AM. The person who assisted me—whose name was something like "Go" or "Jo" (I don't recall exactly)—was very rude to me. Anyway, I just want to know what is going to happen with the extra money I paid."
