"What was not to like? This B&B is quite unique with all its rooms which are full of unique antiques. There are lots of places where you can curl up with a book or enjoy the company of fellow guests. The location on a hill makes the house stand out. The gardens are gorgeous with their many kinds of plants and flowers. There even is a hot tub and swimming pool in the back yard. This was our 2nd stay and we hope it is not the last. I can't forget the excellent breakfast which was served in the large dining room. We encourage you to stay there if you are even in the Burlington area."

"Comfortable beds and pillows. Nice selection of breakfast options. Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub."

"We pass through Burlington frequently, and we won’t stay anywhere but here!"

"Upon arrival, we noticed ants all over the sink, floor, and shower. Later that night we noticed the sheets appeared to have specs of dirt, bugs, or something on them. The hotel was completely booked as well as all others in the area and we were hours away from home, so we had no choice but to stay. Maintenance did spray and wipe down the bathroom and changed the sheets. We were told we would get a call from management the next day, but never did. The next day we found additional small beetle looking bugs on the beds. We were told they were still fully booked, but did have 1 room they keep for overbooking, which they allowed us to move to. That room appeared clean, but we again never received a call from management and also were not offered any sort of refund. "

"The frigde had mold in it it was unplugged iy did wipe rite out but they didnt clean it b4 we enterd the room ther so much stuf stored under the stairs it looks terrable they just need to clean more"

"Washer or drier not working properly and was never offered compensation from staff when I had to continually go back to get more quarters "
