"I would stay again for it’s cleanliness, attentive staff, and location. The hotel is pretty basic and not many amenities but perfect for a comfortable night’s sleep after sight seeing all day. I’m fairly sensitive to odors and sounds and the rooms smelled clean and not a lot of noise from outside or other rooms. Bathrooms are TINY but this is the norm for Istanbul. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Sura Hagia Sophia Hotel. The location is absolutely unbeatable — just steps away from iconic landmarks like the Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, and Topkapi Palace. It made exploring the historic heart of Istanbul so easy and enjoyable. The staff was incredibly warm, helpful, and professional from the moment we arrived. They helped us with local tips, transport, and even arranged a smooth airport transfer. The hotel itself is elegant and comfortable, with beautiful Ottoman-style decor and a peaceful garden area that's perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast spread was generous, fresh, and offered plenty of variety each morning. "We had a wonderful experience at Carina Hotel. The service was very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the bell door team. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was quite good with a nice variety. The location is also excellent, close to key attractions and easy to get around. Would definitely recommend!"

"My family and I stayed in the junior suites and absolutely loved it. The hotel is modern and new and all the rooms are bright, spacious and beautifully decorated. Rooms were cleaned everyday with new towels provided daily. The bathroom shower is nice and big, which I loved. The rooms came with complimentary fruit and water as well. Breakfast is bought to the rooms very fast- usually within 10 mins and includes a good range of bread, pastries, cheeses, vegetables and egg. Staff at reception were amazing, especially Hussain and the manager who was full of knowledge of where to go and best places to eat. They also helped book my sisters transfer back much cheaper than by doing it ourselves. The hotel is only a couple of metres away from the main strip, but far away enough that you don’t have to hear traffic/ street noise too much. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from Hagia Sofia. Highly recommend the hotel and would definitely book here again. A big Thank you to all the staff there!"
