“Clean quiet room. Felt very safe! Better than some ”

“I was in town for Karen Wheaton Conference at The Ramp for my first time. I was extremely pleased with the Kind and friendly customer service, I was pleased with the breakfast and room was very clean housekeeping kept my room clean very safe environment no worries. I will be Staying here again in the future ”

“Safe location. Staff were very friendly. Close to many restaurants (several within 5 mile radius). Would stay again. Was here for business. ”

“Location was great for our travel plans. Easy to find and get to. Our upstairs room was lovely, however the stairs were not ideal (we are in our 70’s ) for carrying luggage. Website said there was an elevator but we couldn't find it. We stayed in the main house which is also lovely. Property was lovely. Check-in was easy although there were no staff which is stated on the website. There was a sign posted in the kitchen about ‘due to staff shortages’….so we completely passed on breakfast...

“The room and accommodations were as described prior to booking. The location and area was quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was fresh and the room was very clean even though we do extra wiping with disinfect and sanitary wipes. The staff was remarkably helpful and friendly. Everything we needed to accomplish was within a 5 miles radius, even the local Walmart. Thank you and we'll be returning again hopefully in October. ”

“Staff would not honor my expedia price I had booked for and charged me $150 more. Coffee was never made by 7am in the morning and my room was never made completely up.”

“I had a horrible experience. I booked in advance and when arrived they have given my room up because I didn’t checkin by 6pm and we arrived around 8pmbut I paid for the room already. This was during a busy weekend where the furniture convention was in town and every hotel was book within and 1 and 10mins distance. We were lucky to have found a motel which was horrible and dirty but we had no choice e. This hotel left us in a city with no hotel, no other options and the night staff was so rude...

Years and years of loving curation provide pure eye candy for visitors while lending a true element of grandmacore nostalgia, exhibiting decades of a life well lived in every available space!! The host, Burnette, is a lovely lady and greets you with the warmth of a grandmother, happy to welcome you in with a cup of hot tea! Breakfast was a scrumptious homemade quiche and cherries jubilee! We look forward to returning!! ”

“It was cozy and comfortable during my stay at the Hyatt hotel. And staffs at the counter, they always greeted me when I went in and out Speaking of foods, they provided fresh bread and fruits every morning, which helped me to do my job in USA And there were various kinds of restaurants around the hotel so that you could choose and taste any dishes you wanted in the evening Especially I needed a backpack for my business trips and found a nice and exact stationery shop and bought one. “The breafast is awesome. The AC is great. There are 2 elevators for a 4 story Hotel which is perfect elevaroring. Only the number 1 car is in operation which causes long registration times (response to hallway call buttons) Plus the unit that does work has the Home Landing at the lobby instead of just on demand operation with last stop parking. Response time to up or down calls is improved when only one unit out of a duplex group is in running condition, instead of always returning to home...
