"Great location for the international arena, hotel was well maintained and clean although the room was a bit cold and the hot water in the bath/shower was scalding or freezing and the hand basin didn’t get hot. Staff were very pleasant and the breakfast was great, I would recommend."

"Given wrong room information so were trying to get into another guest's room, fortunately friends as we were travelling in a group. Were given a other room which was only set up for 1 guest, had noticed only one glass & one coffee cup but that wasn't really an issue. However went to have a shower & also only 1 towel, too late to track anyone down as were leaving early so one of us didn't have a shower. Breakfast not available until 8am which was the time we were leaving so bit disappointing. "

"Last minute hotel room. No kitchen was frustrating so had to find a takeaway close by. Close to my destination of Telford International Centre. Key card worked when it wanted to and also same issue with the shower"

"I travel all over the UK, weekly for work. This stay was by far the best of 2026 so far! Excellent cosy atmosphere, friendly locals, enough quiet areas where I could get work done. They had hawkstone on tap, and the food was amazing! Would highly recommend to anyone and I will stay again when in the area"

"My colleague and I stayed here for a work trip and we loved it! The rooms were clean and comfy - with beautiful views. So handy to have a continental breakfast in our bedroom as we had early starts both days. The food in the pub was delicious with lovely service. The staff were so kind and helpful - special thanks to Sarah and the lovely housekeeper (sorry I didn't catch her name). Great location. Highly recommend!"

"Lovely room! It was clean and had some great features. Only negatives where the bed wasn’t very comfortable for me personally and the pub customers outside the pub smoking and leaving where very loud, but fine after 11.30. No conditioner in the shower, But.. Tv channels fantastic and there’s a Pizza Hut, domino’s right next to the hotel. Handy for Telford. Great communication. Thanks. "
