“They had no power due to the Hurricane . I called to find out and call center guaranteed that the power was restored which was a lie”

“Great job trying during Hurricane Isaias! Maybe longer battery on hallway and stairwell lights if not investing in generator? Will be back to visit Navy base. Thanks to the solid construction team.”

“Staff was friendly”

“Great customer service. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The rooms were super clean. Room is equipped with full size fridge, stove/oven, microwave, coffee machine. Separate living room. Breakfast had a wide selection. No powdered eggs ☺️. Hotel has laundry onsite. Ample parking, no fee. Close to shopping, restaurants, highway. Air vondiyioner worked great. The only issue was the fridge was loud. I would definitely stay here again.”

“I had a wonderful stay. Complimentary breakfast filling and rooms clean. Staff friendly and helpful.”

“아주 좋아요. 근처에 샘스클럽 로스 다 있어서 이용하기 좋고, 숙소도 좋아요. 다만 펜서콜라 비치까지는 멀어요.”
