"The night I arrived the entry codes worked however, there was someone else in my assigned room. It was late in the evening, and I called the hotel support. Luckily, [and by chance] they were able to get me into another room [which was not what I had reserved]. The light in the bathroom did not work. Maintenance did not come until the third day to fix it. The cleaning staff was extremely kind and helpful because there was no one else there to help. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! "
