Everything was near perfect except the air freshener was too strong for me, but it was perfect for my layover in Sydney and I had early flight. Due to metro system, after check in I was still able to take a quick stop in to the city for a bite to eat.

Small - just about fitted the luggage and us into the room. Complimentary food was welcome. Make sure the door to the airport lounge is closed - announcements can be loud !

I liked the proximity to Arrivals. I very much disliked not being able to get to my side of the bed! Climbing over another person in the middle of the night to get to the bathroom was not a good experience! Little sleep

The location was great, the staff was helpful and friendly. The doors could use better sound insulation, which was an issue on one or two occasions.

Excellent for our needs which was just an overnight after landing from Europe. Although small, it was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. Toothbrushes, toothpaste and shaving kits were provided. Would definitely stay here again if we had an early morning flight or needed a bed following a late landing.

That’s comfortable and convenient for staying in Aerotel Sydney when layover in SYD. The staff is very helpful and support fast. The room is cozy and has enough needs. The rate is reasonable for the facilities. It takes couple of steps from arrival hall and going to departure hall.

Receptionist hardly spoke to us and gave us wrong information. Not friendly at all. Sleeping area is tiny with no storage space. We just about had enough room for 1 suitcase. Bathroom was very big clean.
