Not a nice stay here

I ordered a non-smoking room but the smell is bad, and it's noisy...we can feel the staff was doing the housekeeping next to us after 23:00 pm. No heater in the room and the air condition keep the room temperature around 15℃ ~ 16℃... The check-in time is 18:00 pm, the staff rent my room to others before my check-in thus I need to check-in at 19:30PM.

This place did not tell me that if you stay there more than one night they make you check out each day at noon and you cannot return until 9pm at night. Definitely was not convenient. When I tried to come back earlier one night they said I needed to pay more money. Each night I was moved to different rooms which felt weird

汽車旅館好處，停車不用煩惱

浴缸很大，可以2人泡，很剛好。地點不錯。去一中街只要15分鐘左右。椅子有點塌了，不好坐😅，蓮蓬頭有點漏水。訂6點入住，客服會一直反覆確認到底幾點入住，這點在外遊玩，會有點麻煩。其他都還算不錯。

房裡的冰箱內只有兩瓶塑膠瓶裝水，一罐小舒跑及一罐維他露p(或是維大力）。如果是休息2-3小時也許還夠，但以過夜來說真的太少。

房間環境有點老舊，可能是因為連假的關係，房價不便宜(4000元/晚)。 不知道為什麼，訂個房間需要接四通來自旅館的電話，好確認我的入住時間，就說了我不太確定幾點會到，已經跟服務人員表示我會在check-in規定時間晚上六點後才到，結果還要三番兩次的接到詢問電話，實在讓顧客感覺不太好，也不懂這樣詢問的原因為何。

我是訂房者,代家人協助訂房事宜,使用此網站訂房這麼久第一次遇到這麼不開心的狀況,完成訂房收到訂房通知信都告知18:00入住,當天接到業者電話確認告知假日21:00方可入住,說網站輸入欄位有限制,所以沒有辦法完整輸入,有問題要我直接跟網站反映,假日晚入住是重點,卻要我們自己點進特殊說明才看得到,通知信日期都標示出來了時間還是18:00!!!接到幾通業者電話,業者也主動聯繫了住房人,18:20接獲電話告知房間整理好了19:00可以入住,卻在房客入住時說找不到訂房資料 家人打電話來求助 要我與櫃檯人員確認,都可以主動跟住房人連繫了卻說沒有訂房資料 我完全無法理解@@ 入住前跟check-in的經驗不會再有機會前來消費了!
