False advertising. Very disappointing to find out that all spa facilities were closed, there is not a lot to do apart from relaxing, it is advertised that WiFi is only in common areas, however there’s no service for your phone (4G) which should also be advertised as you cannot even make calls, so you would at least expect there to be other activities and facilities for their guests. When we arrived, we were expecting to use their pool and Spa Facilities especially because we’re in the middle of nowhere and we were met with everything being out of service to use except massage which they only had a man to do. You’d think in a country such as Morocco, there would be women to give massages to women. When asked why we were not informed, they said “it’s written on our Instagram”. We booked on Expedia, what makes you think we’re checking your Instagram? The cherry on top of the cake is the breakfast being extremely basic, hard bread and basic minimal options. Otherwise, the views were dreamy. Absolutely beautiful, waking up to birds tweeting and flowers growing everywhere, plants and vegetables growing. It was so so beautiful. The night seating with fairy lights under the trees and tents were stunning and very relaxing.

A quiet mountain refuge inside a national park, with great options to hike, close enough to Chefchauen that you could visit while having to deal with all the rush of visitors and commerce. Great place to slow down and enjoy quiet times.

It was a beautiful place set aside in the mountains. Very peaceful, and quiet. It was a great escape from everyday life. Very relaxing. I would go back again anytime. The rooms were very clean and the food at the restaurant was fantastic.

Ce lieu est magnifique, il y a une ambiance relaxante, on s’y sent bien des l’arrivée. De tout les endroits du Maroc où nous sommes passés c’est celui ci que nous avons préférés. Il y a de nombreux petits coins pour se reposer, lire, méditer ou tout simplement ne rien faire et juste s’imprégner de la sérénité des lieux.

Un lieu exceptionnel par son caractère unique. Le personnel est toujours dans une approche de bienfaits même si le manque de connaissance et de service est parfois présent. Un lieu parfait pour les romantiques, les amoureux de la nature, les randonneurs et même en famille… Vraiment très heureuse du séjour merci au fondateur d’avoir fait exister un tel lieu🙏

Heaven on earth! Loved everything here, food, rooms, the private waterfall, really amazing. However, it would’ve been nice to know about parking beforehand (that we had to park off property and call the driver to get us to the hotel) and to bring mosquito spray.

Superbe endroit qui malheureusement ne vaut pas le rapport qualité prix !!! La suite est plus petite qu’elle ne paraît sur les photos. Les matelas sont extrêmement mou. La densité d’eau est très faible niveau douche/toilette. Le restaurant est beaucoup trop chère pour les plats servis et le temps du service (environ 45 min).

A small place where your soul can rest. The nature is incredible and the hotel has build a small paradise to calm down and relax. The most important factor is the wonderful ppl from the service. Khaled the friendly guy , our driver who carried our baggage, the service ppl from the kitchen. The food was so delicious. Thank you very much. We will come again

Espectacular sitio para relajarse
Precioso lugar para alojarte entre la naturaleza en Akchour. El entorno del Ermitage es sin duda un paisaje admirable. Estar entre montañas, refrescarte en su rio, sus jardines y flores, le dan mucha vida al lugar. Existen muchos rincones dedicados al relax como sus terrazas con asientos, hamacas y cojines tan modernos y decorados a consciencia para que te sientas totalmente relajado. Pero lo más atractivo son sus cabañas de madera, decoradas de forma elegante y modernas, con un baño grande y una bienvenida de tés o café que te dejan en la misma habitación. Realmente merece la pena quedarse y disfrutar del lugar, como mínimo un par de noches, algo que nos arrepentimos, pero que seguro que volveremos. El personal es muy amable y atento desde la llegada. Sobre todo su recepcionista. Para el acceso hay que dejar el vehículo en un parking (os indicarán cuál és en la misma crta) y llamarán al hotel para que vengan a recogerte. La mejor manera de proteger este maravilloso lugar es aislarlo de los coches. Aún y así, el hotel siempre muy atento para llevarte y recogerte al parking. Respecto a la comida, nosotros solo degustamos el desayuno que estaba muy rico y era bastante completo. Os aconsejamos realizar la ruta de las cascadas de Akchour, de duración aproximada de 4 horas ida y vuelta. Durante toda la ruta tienes a tu disposición muchos puestos para sentarte y tomar algo junto a las pequeñas cascadas de la zona.

I had a wonderful stay with my family here. The staff were exceptionally helpful and the service provided were great. They are very helpful in booking the taxis and arranging tour guides. I will definitely be staying here again. Thank you to everyone who helped us during our stay.

We had a nice stay at the L'Ermitage, the room was clean with complimentary water provided and the bathroom neatly stocked with a working hair dryer. Our view was excellent and walking around the property at night was very pleasant with little pockets of unique seating areas that lit up. Wacima was delightful and helped us with our check in and transfer needs, she was very friendly and even said hello at dinner time. The food was decent. Overall a great experience and relaxful retreat from typical riad and medina stays. The two hikes are very easy to access from this property and we got some helpful advice from the staff.

Très belle parenthèse en connexion avec la nature
Magnifique !!! On ne peut rêver mieux comme endroit pour se déconnecter du stresse des villes et se connecter avec la nature, chalet tout confort propre et décoré avec goût, cadre incroyable et paisible au milieu de la nature avec un accès privilégié vers une rivière et des petites cascades, c’est très fidèle aux photos voire encore plus beau. Sans oublier le personnel qui est très gentil, souriant et à l’écoute (petite mention à Ghali à la reception qui a été très serviable)
