“Property managers were excellent and so helpful and very very nice i would recommend over and over”

“Location was good, straight of the bat when i arrived que out the door for elevators as they have 4 elevators.. 1 is service one. 2 working and 1 was just not working.. all elevators need to be working for a 50 storey building. 2) pool area is nice but only 1 sun lounge needs 3) room where clean and cosy 4) front desk staff was average due to being non filipino. ”

“It was nice and central to Robinson and restaurants,great for taxis,close to SM city and not far from Pall mall and SRP.”

“The view was amazing, the room had all our needs, the guards were extremely helpful. The host was amazing. I wish we spent both weeks here instead of 1.”

“We had a hard time getting in to the property. Keypad not working . Took us about an hour to finally get someone to help us . They had to find another property coz the keypad still not working. Ended up with a new place with no WiFi access the whole stay. There was no garbage can in the unit as well . Overall not recommendable. ”

“Shower was not working. The bed caved in and bar soaps from past tenants were left in the bathroom. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. Need I say more…”

“정말 숙박을 하기에는 괜찮은 곳. 하지만 처음 오시는 분이라면 비추천. 세부 시티와 많이 멀리 떨어져있고, 교통이 그랩을 제외하면 로컬 교통수단을 이용해야하기 때문에 힘듬. 라푸라푸 시티 사람들은 새경빌리지를 알지만, 세부 시티에서 넘어올 때 모를 수도 있음. 그런 부분이 아쉬움. 그리고 바퀴벌레가 나와서 곤욕을 치뤘음. 또한 하우스키핑을 할 때에는 금액 추가가 있음.”

“뉴타운 주변에 즐길거리거 광장히 많았고 방 크기나 청결정도는 만족할 정도였습니다. 룸 서비스가 아쉬웠지만 가격대비 꽤 괜찮습니다.”

“Property is okay. Great value for what I paid for it. Tis the only 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom hotel on Expedia in Cebu City, but cost less than most 1 bedrooms. Accomdated 4 people including myself, and paid a 1 guest rate for 4 guest. So value is unbeatable. However, communication is horrible. Who ever was left in charge of this unit, doesn't reply immediately. Some of my messages, took a week to get a reply. Check-in was painful. I wasn't informed which tower or what room # was until 3 minutes...

“飛行機が遅れて、タクシーでホテルへむかう。渋滞がすごくて、やっと着いた。午後4時頃、入口で部屋番号がわからないとは入れないと言われた。サイトの電話番号にかけてみたが、でない。何度も部屋番号がわからないと入れないと言われた。結局、宿泊できなかった。違うホテルへむかう事にした。タクシーがこない。非常に不便な所だ。宿泊できないホテル。”
