It is a nice building, walking distance from a restaurant and food Cort. Surrounded by parks. The bathroom was not very cleaned. It had a leftover soap bar in the shower and some mildew too.

I got locked in bathroom due to faulty door. My husband called for help, and then the door was unlocked. They don’t change the room, or fix it. Also, towels not fresh and clean. The bed sheet for the daybed( Murphy bed) were not changed .

Hotel is clean and modern. Check in was decent. However, upon entering the room, the AC wasn't functioning so I called the front desk from my cell becsuse there was NO phone in my room. The front desk staff said that "she doesn't know why the AC is not working and that there were no maintenance staff on shift". I asked to change my room, but apparently nothing was available to accomate me. Finally, she said she would speak to a manager and get back to me. About 15 mins later, a maintenance staff magically appeared and resolved the AC issue. As for the phone in the room, the front desk staff said she " doesn't know where the phone is" and that was it. I haven't heard anything else about the "missing telephone" from my room.
