Not comfortable.

This hotel’s location is good, walkable distance to center of Tanah Rata. The garden is nice and the staff is helpful but there are a lot of down sides of the place: - They don’t even provide soap in the toilet which is really inconvenient for people that are staying in shared bathroom rooms like us. - the room was full of mosquitos because there is no aircon and the windows don’t have nets. - the room and all the property was cold. - the room was really really damp and smelled bad. The smell is inside the pillows. You can’t air the room because of the mosquitos. - hot water is only provided until 10 pm which is ridiculous because noone sleeps at that hour and I mean it’s hot water, why turn it off? - the wifi is only available in the lobby and it barely works. The tv room has a tv that doesn’t work. - the shared toilets are not really clean, I always had the feeling that I shouldn’t touch anywhere. - they don’t even provide towels for free. For the price, this is not a good choice.

Room rate too expensive without hotel service level compare with Kuala Lumpur area, the pantry hot water never maintain, the hot water become cold water because never change when we making the coffee around 4:30 pm, Room don't have "Please tidy my room/ do not disturb door sign tag" although the staff said it inside our room when we complain they didn't change our towels for the next day, because we have ask the staff on previous night to change the towels and refill the drinking bottle on the next morning.

Loved it here! The owner is really nice and knows all the trekking pads. The breakfast you can buy is really good and cheap.

We got the private bathroom room. The room had a very bad smell, looked like it was closed for a long time. The bed sheets also very smelly what made our stay very uncomfortable. The woman at the reception was always in a bad mood. The man was quite nice. I really don't recommend this place, since it was not so cheap considering the very bad conditions of the room and service.

Fantastic launching point for the Cameron Highlands. Family run and you feel ther personal touch. Charming hotel in the old British style without having to pay London rates!! Staff went above and beyond and I would absolutely stay here again.

a nice place for single/couple but not for family

First of all the staff was not welcoming at all. not polite. this inn is not suitable for family with small children. the room is overprice. cleanliness is okay but the room is too cold without a carpet on the floor.

Fair hotel in Cameron Highlands

Quiet and really clean small appartment in CH. A bit cold by night in the room. You need to add clothings as the blanket is thin for the altitude. Discret and reliable staff. To be noticed: I was by myself in a room for 4 as per offer on internet. The manager start to tell me that was an issue for him. I told him that was the offer I paid for so no way to change the rules. And he didn t try again.

Very Clean

Very clean and well organised. Would have liked a kettle. Food good. Nice common area. Service grumpy. Dont stay longer than 2 days in Tanah Rata as there's not much to do.

Bon hôtel mais gérant ne pense que à l'argent

L'hôtel est très bien. Mais l'accueil n'est pas chaleureux, à peine arrivé, la gérante m'a proposé plus de 5 sortes de visites, elle était très déçu de ne pas m'en vendre et ne m'a plus parlé. On est dans la région du thé, il n'y en a même pas à dispo dans les chambres seulement à l'accueil ou bien sûr il est payant

Value for money and tranquil.

Good value. Cottagey homestay feel. Quiet location only 3 minute's walk from the town centre. Owner knowledgeable and helpful.

タナラタ中心地至近で、古き良き時代の建物を利用した清潔な宿

趣のある建物を改装し、清潔に維持している快適な宿でした。シャワーの水圧も温度も、この辺りとしては満足のいくものでした。客室の目の前に宿の駐車場があるので、車の出入りの音が気になる人にはちょっと、かもしれません。

Lovely setting but some small irritations.

The property is set slightly outside Tanah Rata in a lovely cottage setting. Wi-fi was poor, towels and toilet paper were charged separately and I could feel the springs in the mattress. Given these small annoyances, I'd say the place is slightly overpriced for what you get.

Rien de bien dans cet hotel !

En arrivant à Cameronian Inn, le lieu laisse penser que nous allons y passer un agréable séjour : des tables en extérieure pour y prendre un verre, un jardinet agréable avec 2 tables en bois. Malheureusement l'accueil est déplorable : pas un mot, on vous lance le registre à renseigner puis on vous donne la clef. Pas mieux pendant les 2 jours : la possibilité de prendre des scones comme affiché en arrivant n'est pas disponible, le PQ est payant, le petit déjeuner est en supplément et pas terrible. Notre chambre familiale (2 grands lits) sentait le moisi (les draps aussi !). Seul point positif, eau chaude à volonté ! Concernant la laundry, ils ne savent pas quand le linge sera sec ! Autant aller au pressing situé dans les immeubles à 5 minutes au dessus pour 3RM le kg. Pour conclure, le WiFi est inexistant dans les chambre et laborieux dans le hall.

Really sad the owner and her staff where subtly agressive from the moment of arival the wifi was never working the cafe was a jar of instant and a jar of pwd creamer the rooms windiws open to the industrial laundry
