Loved the property, great and safe parking. Loved the view from the 12th floor. Quiet and nice. Omg the bathroom was clean and perfect. The breakfast onsite was great. I would recommend this hotel without a doubt. Yeah the couch is worn, but it was okay and clean. I really don't have any complaints. The kids and I were well pleased. The cleaning team was great and checked if we were okay with everything. If you are looking for a stay with self or family I recommend this hotel.

The stay was great, the rooms were very clean, staff were great, and valet great as well. Only thing is when we checked in they gave us the wrong room number and we were trying to go into the room since our key wasn’t working and come to find out there was someone in there and that’s such an uncomfortable situation since with everything happening in this world you really can’t make any kind of mistakes in trying to go into a room that’s not yours since things can really go side ways quickly but thankfully people were ok with the situation but once husband brought it up to front desk another staff person apologized and gave us the right room number.

From the beginning to the end of my stay, I was amazed. Fast services and when I called for things I needed, the wait wasn’t long. The hotel room was clean with no damages and everything was upgraded. The breakfast was also great and the valet team was awesome! Although I am the type to explore new options, this hotel will be my go to place to stay when I return to New Jersey

Overall the property was very nice and transportation to NYC was convenient . The big downfall was there were no shops or restaurants within walking distance.

This was a good place to stay it felt like home, the hotel was clean and the house keeping was fantastic. The kids loved the pool I would visit again.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. Local to many attractions and there were an array of things to do. Front desk was polite and James from valet as well. I would definitely recommend 10/10 experience.

This hotel was unique! I never stayed in a place that had a kitchenette which was ideal for a family trip. I liked everything about it, the only issue I had was having to go down to the front desk because no one would answer to ask for extra towels and bedding because we were five and the room only had three towels. Overall we liked the hotel and definitely meet our expectations. The breakfast is also great convenience included might I add.

The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Unfortunately it took over 2 hrs to receive a rollaway bed for my son (9:30pm) and towels were never delivered when requested.

Bathroom shower head did not work properly. Windows are not sound proof given how close hotel is to highway. Noise from highway could be heard all night. Staff was nice and did there best to accommodate guest.

We arrived super late and unfortunately ran into an issue where our suite wasn’t available due to the previous customer cooking some extremely flavorful meals making the room uninhabitable. The staff was aware and had to figure how to fit us into a different room given they were at capacity and it was 1:30am. Rooms are good except that the bathroom doors are the sliding style and do not lock. That’s a bit tricky with kids. It turned out there was NJ public transport bus stop right next to the hotel, which was super convenient since we ended up leaving our car in the hotel garage at no charge and took the bus into Manhattan for $4/adult. Super convenient. Breakfast is included and was more than sufficient to get us on the road quickly. Kids loved it. Will definitely come back again
