"Our room was cleaned daily for our 6 night stay. Staff made sure to keep the AC on for our return to the room which was very appreciated by my kids who were dying with the Merida heat. The pool was closed for 2 days which was not ideal but other than that this was a great place to stay at."

"Property was in the heart of the colonia downtown, I loved the pool size, space and very serene. I loved the location central to everything, coffee shop across the street is amazing. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. It could use a little updating in the bedrooms, but it was roomy."
