โIt is very clean, the staff are super helpful and you can walk to everything you need. They don't do room service but you can get food like pizza across the street late. I could have done with a couple more pillows but it's fine. The balconies all look over the sea and the air-conditioning worked well. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were lovely and soft. Blackout blinds great. Didn't eat there. โ
โGreat stay and even more fanatstic staff. Hotel has very good facilities, two outdoor pools and spacious rooms. We opted for half-board and I have to stay breakfast and dinner were really worth it. Food felt slightly repetitive after two weeks of stay though. Hotel is very close to a small supermarket and plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. โI visited Casa de las Flores in Lanzarote with my girlfriend and was surprised by an incredible experience. โWe stayed in room 220 on 1st floor. About 15 steps to room. (In 3 sections). No lifts. I have walking difficulties but steps we ok. Room clean & basic. Large corner balcony overlooking the sea. Air con in lounge.
On arrival Maria had left key's & instructions for us, easy! Pool area nice, clean & peaceful.
Other than breakfast option which we didn't use. There is no food or drink service on site. But supermarket outside was very good for supplies. For someone with walking issue...
