"Had a great stay in one of the refurbished rooms (design). Bed was really comfortable with lots of pillows and crisp white sheets. Shower room excellent and clean. Communal areas are good, can't understand why some other reviews say different. There are vending machines for cold drinks, snacks and coffee which I found very useful. The staff were all helpfull. Breakfast is excellent, especially the service from Ali and the very lovely Ofelia, always with a smile, thank you."

It felt like a proper 4 star hotel, the lobby and bar area are gorgeous and our room was spacious with plenty storage and a bath as well as a shower! Close to all tourist attractions and an S Bahn literally across the road to take you wherever you want. Would absolutely come here again if I was visiting Berlin. "

"I had a great stay at the Vienna house East. Staff was great and the hotel itself is super clean and totally has a Berliner vibe to it. train and subway is close enough, only a 5-10min walk :) Highly recommend it."
