"Pros: The hotel has a great location near a U-station. It also offers free laundry.
Cons: Our bedding smelled very bad, and it did not improve after requesting a room cleaning. Also, the room was very hot and stuffy. The air conditioning did not work correctly despite following the instructions to the letter. We kept the windows open full time. The WiFi worked about 30% of the time. It was in and out."

"A lovely hotel. Check-in was fast. There are enough lifts to take you to all floors quickly. The staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. The location is close to transport stops and walkable to some notable tourist attractions.
The bar and restaurant are worth a visit and (once again) staff are very friendly in them.
If I had any critism it would be the corporate design which makes the corridors long and dull."
