“The process was very effective. The property amenities super nice and accommodating. The apartment worked for my family and I so far as budget and space. The apartment cons are too gated security everything and enclosed. Problem with roaches. The host addressed the issue immediately.”

“Could not check in. Lost my reservation. Place was dirty and partying teens that made us feel unsafe. Customer service is non existent and was on hold for nearly an hour. Never again. Don't bother”

“Overall a nice place. The welcome center is beautiful. The gym is very well equipped with Hoist Equipment which is good quality. Some pulley attachments were missing, but good variety. The apartment itself was nice. A few minor things were missing like a few individual blinds from one bedroom window. The kitchen was great as was the layout. “The pool water was murky, made me a little uncomfortable going under water.”

“The apartment was very clean and appropriately stocked for my stay. The parking garage was dimly lit and available spots for guests to park were sometimes hard to find. The check out process was confusing as the app gave ambiguous directions. Luckily when calling their helpline, the agent could walk me through the process. Overall the stay was pleasant and I most likely would stay there again.”

“The property is extremely clean and convenient to Lake Belton. Very comfortable, nice comfortable beds and furniture. Great parking, right outside the door and room for a truck and boat trailer! Highly recommend if you are in the area!”
