"Dirty sitting area, the sofa and carpet very stained. No facial tissue and toilet paper!! Parking is 49 dollar a day valet, with the only option being public parking a 5 minute walk away. Wish I would’ve known that before booking. Especially when it takes over 20 minutes for them to get your vehicle to you The pool is nice but not heated and the towels are inside so if you didn’t get one on your way out you need to drip dry until you get inside Overall a very poor experience. "The room was run down and the $75 nightly deposit was shocking. The place looks nice on the outside and have a nice outside bar but the room was dusty and had hair everywhere . I requested the room to be cleaned after two days and they never came. Bathroom is extremely small. They need to renovate everything."
