“This is a “hotel” in a questionable neighborhood near to the University of Toronto. The are has a lot of homeless and is dirty. The hotel is a converted Victorian house and therefore has quirks. Everything is old, run down, and shabby (carpet, beds, fixtures, etc). The A/C works well and there is plenty of hot water. If you have ANY mobility issues, do not come here.
