"The staff was very friendly, I was offered an early check-in at 10 AM and a complimentary breakfast. The rooms are clean and well maintained, the location is pristine and the parking rates are very reasonable. HighlyI will recommend it for anyone visiting Cambridge."

"Lovely place to stay. Excellent breakfast. Slight problem with, I presume memory foam mattress which is far hotter than we are used to. We also invited friends over for a meal in the bistro. Very disappointing, very slow to get the meals (over 30 minutes?). I think my burger had been sitting around on a hot plate for ages as the bun was totally dried out and hard, my husband said the same of his. Our guests obviously didn't complain apart from we had specifically ask for no tomato on one of their burgers and it turned up with tomato!"

"Highly recommended this hotel the room was clean and comfortable, but I would say if you have issues with stairs request a lower floor. The staff are lovely and cannot do enough for you. We had dinner at the hotel, great food and plentiful, the same with breakfast. The bar was good as well, old and had character. Great stay. Will definitely stay again."
