"Staff was very helpful and courteous. The night clerk even brought me a pot of hot tea! Amazing service. However there was an issue in the morning, as the maid knocked on my door 3 times starting probably at 9, for some unknown reason when I was just trying to sleep... My check out time was 12, and I checked in late... I do not know what was wrong with her, I even asked the staff on her, 4 star hotel, and something this ridiculous happens .."
