"They have nice accommodations, the rooms were clean, tastefully done, white bed cover, and the hotel food is actually excellent. The bartender Jonay is an amazing bartender and remembered me. She ordered my Jambalaya as I put my things in my room. Location is perfect to amazing restaurants in Houston."

"The breakfast was misleading in the pictures they did not refill certain items even with an hour left until the buffet ended. They used paper plates and did not even have a waffle batter with two waffle makers available. The room itself was horrendous, the moment you walk into the hotel it smells like a dog or cat kennel. We had neighbors who were smoking on a non smoking floor. Our kitchen stove range did not work, there was holes in the shower pipe that were covered with foil as well as a dirty towel in our closet. The glasses in the kitchen had finger prints and lip marks on them as well as the spoons "

"I was traveling with two children for a small get away. The reason I chose this hotel was because of the indoor pool. This was part of our travel Plans. There was nothing on hotels.com or home2suites site saying anything about the pool being closed. I didn’t find this out until I asked about during check in. The “hott” breakfast was cold and no way to heat it up. Specifically the eggs and cheese. The hotel was clean an staff was professional. Other than this the hotel was fine. "

"There were roaches. We checked in & came back to a baby roach on the kitchen counters. The next day, we saw an adult roach on the walls in the hallway. There were spiders on the walls. We checked out early right after. The room was outdated. The shower faucet was so delicate. To turn on the shower, the little handle almost ripped off the faucet. The shower temperature only had steaming hot water, so my kids couldn't take a bath properly without yelling & screaming bc it was too hot. The only faucet that was safe to use for my kids was the bathroom sink that had both cold & hot wayer temperatures working. The kitchen sink was really hot too. The swimming pool was dirty. The only thing nice was the breakfast with its options. Never booking again. Its cheap for a reason. Get something pricer that'll be worth the bang for your buck"
