"We didn't have one of the fun themed rooms, but a few friends did and the ones we got to see were phenomenal! The clown room and dungeon were so good! Our room was one of the ones that were apartment style which a little sitting area, and kitchen which included a full oven/stove and fridge which was perfect for our restaurant leftovers and game night we had one night when it was raining out. Staff was helpful, and even let a few of us check in early if our rooms were ready. Plenty of parking. "

"I had an amazing stay at The Merchant in Salem. The hospitality was outstanding from the moment I arrived — the environment felt warm, welcoming, and very family-oriented. One of the highlights was definitely the homemade snacks; they were truly exceptional and made the stay feel even more personal. The property is spotless, and the level of care put into keeping everything clean really stands out. The location is also perfect, close enough to walk to the main attractions and enjoy the city comfortably. Overall, the attention, comfort, and charm of this hotel made my experience unforgettable.
