โLandlady went beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. Incredible food and sent us off in the morning with complimentary food water for our trek. Extremely friendly/welcoming atmosphere!

โFrom the start walking into reception staff were friendly, helpful and went out of their way to ensure both myself and wife had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.
The room was immaculate, tea & coffee on tap, bottled water, fresh milk in the mini fridge.
Breakfast was covered from full English, continental, fruit & yogurt, toast to mention just a few items on offer to cater for all,
Big shout out to Mike who was always at hand to apiece any of requests.

โWe had a family room which was very luxurious for two people. Comfortable, spacious and with 3 windows overlooking the quayside. Everything clean, with well thought out design in bathroom etc. Highly recommended.โ
โA beautiful view from the room. Appledore is very lovely. Able to park opposite the accommodation in the evenings. Good welcome and breakfast at the Royal George.โ
โDonโt be put off by the outside. Very clean, access to beach. Staff so friendly and helpful.

โVery disappointing stay ,
We arrived after a 9 hour drive , when we arrived the cottage wasnโt cleaned and no bedding ,
We rang both Wayne and Karen , we decided to go buy some bedding , on route Karen did ring back to be fair and apologised saying she was told we was due on the 6th , (day of departure,)
Went to the pub for an hour and Karen had the cottage ready ,
I thanked her by tx but no communications back , nothing from Wayne all week ,
I would of expected a follow up chat asking if...
