"The property is walking distance to many shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and the Old Port of Montreal. It’s situated in a quiet part of the neighbourhood. The rooms have a full kitchen which is great if you plan on cooking a few meals in. The hotel also had a beautiful rooftop terrace as well as an outdoor hot tub and a wet and dry sauna. The front desk attendants were welcoming and pleasant to deal with. The rooms were clean for the most part, but the sofa and the rug in the sitting area had not been vacuumed before we arrived as they were a bit dirty."

"I had a wonderful and was extremely satisfied with my experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the hospitality was amazing from start to finish. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service in every way. I also felt very safe and secure during my stay, which made the experience even more comfortable. The location was perfect within walking distance of Central, making it very convenient to get around. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently, and I never had to wait for anything. The cleanliness, service, hospitality, and friendly staff truly stood out I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the Omni to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, safe, and well serviced hotel."

"There wasn’t much the hotel. There was no restaurant because of Reno’s. The furniture in the room didn’t really match and it was like it was thrown in there randomly. I feel like all of my pillows were different and it was hard to find a perfect one to sleep on. The towels for my showers were too smalls I had 2 ac units but only the one is the “living room” worked. Also the elevator kind of scared me due to the lack of dinging it was making."

"Showers were AMAZING, it was one of the best showers I ever had. The staff was EXCELLENT during our stay. We wish they had parking included in our stay, which caused an additional expense that we incurred. Overall, it was a great stay, and my family and I definitely enjoyed our time there."
