"Close to McGill, downtown and metro stop. The deluxe king room was fabulous- spacious, comfortable bed, clean and huge bathroom. Front door& valet were friendly - more than reception. Safe area- would recommend but don’t assume pool is a place for swimming or fo r families except babies. It’s smallish - more like a plunge pool. Too bad no sauna amenities."

"Beautiful hotel in the centre of the city. We were given a free upgrade which was a lovely surprise. Very comfortable bed, lovely shower, would have liked to have stayed longer. No pool or spa which was slightly disappointing. Staff in bar not very friendly and coffee/chocolate made by an automatic machine poor quality for such a nice hotel."
