"Our room wasn’t not throughly cleaned. There were ants on the bathroom floor and food crumbs on the pullout couch. "

"We reserved a king suite, and the pullout sofa bed had dead bugs, rust stains on the sheets, and holes in the blanket from cigarettes. The fridge didn't cool, the stove looked like it was missing part of the front panels, a cabinet door fell off when we tried to open it, and there were no lights connected to the bedroom switch. The whole floor reeked of drugs, and our room smelled like cigarette smoke in spite of the no smoking policy. We were able to change rooms and had a much better experience, but the general upkeep (or lack thereof) from the first room was very off-putting for the whole stay. "
