We are pleased that you chose to at the Met Hotel.The Met Hotel is a place where the genuine care and comfort of our guests' is our highest mission, therefore your feedback is very important to us as it helps us to improve the quality level of our service and we appreciate every constructive feedback of yours.Please allow us to inform you that check in time is after 14:00, and as far as we can see from our system, you have checked in at 14:24. Regarding the location, our hotel is 1.9klm away from city center and as you mentioned we do provide free transportation via our shuttle bus to/from city center. Also, the area boasts a lot of nightlife venues and two shopping malls near by the hotel, included also the premises of the Region Central Macedonia. It is really a surprise to us reading that you found our outdoor pool small, the dimensions are 18X5 with a 2.85m depth, please note also that it is the largest hotel pool in the city center of Thessaloniki. Concering the prices, our pricelist is similar to the other hotels of our city that belong to the same category. Lastly, we would like to inform you that the law states that the use of any glass serving item is prohibited at the swimming pool area. We would like to thank you once again for your input.
