Arrived at the 3rd floor and entire floor smelt of smoke and weed, this is just unacceptable.
Specifically requested house keeping after the first night, never showed up throughout out 3 night stay
Requested new towels be delivered to the room, front dest indicated we’d have to come get them ourselves, the lack of customer service is astounding. Do not book this location "
