“객실이 깨끗했어요. 침대가 너무 좋아요. ”

“In general, it was nice place to stay. There is no lobby-thing at all. There were one or two staff for the check-in and -out. Very small space of lobby for visitors. There is two vending machine in the lobby for snacks and drinks. BUT, it is NOT managed by hotel AT ALL. The machine was broken and did not pay back my money ($10) but staff said "call the customer service on the vending machine. It is not managed by us". No help, No support and care, No interest.”

“깨끗하고 시설도 사용하기 편리했다”

“직원의 친자절함에 인상 깊었습니다. 다음에 기회가 되면 또 갈께요”

“Loved staying at this hotel! It was close but not too close to Broadway. Loved that it was walking distance to Broadway and The Gulch! Would stay here every-time!”

“Very pro”

“This was our first day here at their Nashville location and it was absolutely excellent! It was situated in a very convenient spot in Nashville. The service and staff were amazing. The restaurant was excellent! Loved the rooftop! Overall five stars! Beautiful beautiful property!”

“Great stay but the noise insulation was really bad. I could hear everything - the streets, the neighbors, people in the hallway, lots of door slams.”

“No coffee and was told to charge the coffee to the room but still got charged for some of it. Had to ask for maid service for 2 days. Great room but otherwise this hotel is not worth it”
