“Staff was really nice, hotel was accessible and clean. Food wasn’t great besides the Moroccan restaurant which wasn’t included in the half board. The main issue seemed to be the communication amongst the staff, we were told a lot of different things by different people, super inconsistent. This wasn’t anyone’s fault, again, staff was lovely, spa was great, but there were lots of little things, missing towels in room often, the bar not serving cocktails when more than a few people are in there,...

“Great view of the sunset over the ocean from the room. All clean and beautifully decorated. Friendly staff. Lovely swimming pool. Tasty breakfast. Free shuttle to the beach though the walk is fine too. Good options available for dinner but pricing could be more transparent - also more expensive than local restaurants around, as you’d expect. We had a great stay and definitely hope to come back! ”

Service is slow, inconsistent, and often inattentive, with management appearing overly focused on delegation rather than actively supporting operations. A more hands-on leadership approach is clearly needed.
