“I have stayed here before and it was good. This time, we had an issue with the blinds/curtains. They are on a motor and we, and the maintenance staff, could not get the blinds down. Our room faced the parking garage so the lights were brightly shining through the window. That made for a sleepless night. The maintenance guy reset the power and still couldnt get it to work. This was around 1 am and we just wanted to sleep. The Sheraton could do better.”

“Good, family friendly accommodations in Towson.”

“It was a very nice hotel and the area was beautiful”

“For a suite, the sofa in the room should be usable. It was so hard, it felt like concrete. I ended up spending all my time sitting in the bed. Also, no lotion as an amenity.”

“Check-in was smooth, the room was clean, the staff were friendly, the breakfast was great, and there was ample parking space. Overall, the experience was pleasant.”

“There was no instructions on how use the TV when you initially turned it on. Also, I wasn't informed on how to use the wifi. The bed creaked & the room was little outdated.”
