"We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Beautiful, newly renovated apartment in the perfect location in Tivoli. We had lots of helpful restaurant recommendations and greatly enjoyed Osteria Mom and the breakfast spot around the corner. Very comfortable, an ideal spot!"

"Tres bien Propre Assez calme malgre que sur une place tres fréquenté Petit dejeuner en dehors mais facile Ideal pour villa d Este"

"We loved it! The property was beautiful, with courtyards, fruit trees, etc. The room was large, comfortable and secure, and close enough to everything we wanted to see to walk. We parked our rental car on the street next to the building and paid for parking with an app. The breakfast each morning was just amazing! The people were so friendly and helpful!"

Don't except the Ritz, but this place deserves to be heralded for what it has to offer. We will stay again for sure. Well done Giovanni!!!!"

"I loved staying at this place: it was quiet, had a view to the duomo, was spotlessly clean and decorated in a lovely way. The location in the historic city centre was charming. The Villa d’Estate is 5min walk away, the Villa Adriana 50min (also reachable by bus), the Villa Gregoriana 10min and the train station 15min on foot. The room had aircon, heating, coffeemaker & kettle, fridge and the bathroom offered bathroom amenities plus bandaids and a hairdryer. Giovanni, the owner, was super...
