Since this was my first trip to Japan, I strove to get the lay of the land by staying close to the airport until I could get my bearings. Also, after reading others’ reviews, I made a good choice. The property was close to the airport, which was a plus for me; after a long 14-hour plus an hour-long customs line, I just wanted to get to my room to shower, change, eat a little something, and rest. This hotel provided just that. The room provided all the comforts of home, from the bedding to the bathroom, along with a great view. The check-in process was convenient and easy. Of course, I thought I would struggle with the translation, but even that went well. All the staff were so nice and welcoming. I would stay at this location again before venturing to other areas of Japan by train, bus, or monorail.

Very new and modern hotel with wide range of amenities (gym, laundry, airport shuttle, smoking room, luggage trolley, restaurant, toiletries). Design was very unique airport themed, especially the carpets. Entire hotel was really clean including the rooms. Rooms were a bit small for an airport hotel, very little space to pack luggage. Minor complaint is the lack of delivery service directly from the hotel, but there is a 711 downstairs for it.

I really like how secured it was to get to the rooms. If you Dont have your room key the elevator will not go up or down. The hallways had an airport theme which look really cool and different from most hotels.

Excellent new construction hotel for overnight stay for overnight stay near Haneda. For inbound travelers easy access via Tokyo monorail and for outbound there is shuttle to all terminals. On site laundry, a few dining options available nearby and excellent breakfast buffet.

Excellent hotel. Very close to Tokyo’s Haneda Airport and right in front of Tenkūbashi mono-rail station. Great access to downtown Tokyo area. Great and delicious breakfast options. Deep bath tab in the room was great for relaxing. I totally enjoyed staying there.

The accommodations at this hotel were wonderful! The in-hotel restaurant had a very nice atmosphere and included a delicious breakfast buffet. The staff were very helpful and polite. Conveniences such as ATMs, convenience stores, and a train station were all within a short walking distance. The room was very comfortable and included soaps and appliances.
