Nice American hotel
We stayed with you for a few days at the end of our Japan trip. After staying at home Japanese hotels it was a little bit of a shock to get back to this Americanized version. Staff was not as polite or attentive as other hotels that we stayed in. Well the bed was comfortable, it was right next to the wall and difficult to get in and out of. Strangely, the TV was on the wall next to the bed and not viewable from the bed. Nice big windows with awesome blackout drapes.

Our room was spacious for Tokyo standards. However the hotel has a distinct “air freshener” smell which was overpowering at times. Our room smelled significantly like body odor - likely from feet on the carpet so I can see why air freshener is used. The restaurant was great and the location is wonderful. The buffet breakfast is completely worth the cost.

The only big issue we had was that you could hear and feel the subway under our room on the third floor. The room itself is also quite small, but maybe that’s to be expected.

廊下から音が漏れて非常にうるさかった。 ロビーも貧相、レストランも品がない、おまけに80,000円程の宿泊料に対しバスタブはなくしゃわーだけ、海外のぼったくりホテルと同様

接客サービス、部屋の清潔さ、インテリアデザイン、遮光ブラインドの機能、上階及び横の部屋からの消音効果、交通アクセスと立地の便利さ、朝食と大変満足いたしました。 その中で唯一残念だったのが、タオルと枕からする加齢臭でした。

大画面テレビでオンラインコンサートを楽しむ為に宿泊しました。お部屋の55インチのテレビに、持ち込んだHDMIケーブルで自分のラップトップPCが問題なく繋げました。宿泊したキングベッドのお部屋は、ベットの足側の壁にテレビが設置されているので、見やすかったです。ソファとテーブルは広めなので、パソコンを広げて仕事もできました。
