Very clean, great service and excellent location in Tokyo, 5 minute walk to Shinbashi train station which is only two stops from Tokyo station, the only criticism being that the rooms are quite small with very little storage space for clothes.

This is a budget hotel conveniently located in Shinbashi. Staff is very polite and helpful. Altough room sizes are bit small but this is what we get in budget hotel. Train station in 5 mins walk and Taxis are available just around the hotel.. Overall, a nice stay in a budget friendly hotel in a super expensive city...A big shout out to the hotel staff for excellent service ..

The staff was great, and did their best to be helpful. the hotel is a 2 min walk from a JR yamanote line station. The rooms are clean, the bath room has a full deep tub and great water pressure. My only issue was with how hard the bed was.

Standard Room is very small for a family of three but it’s okay. hotel is conveniently located near Shimbashi station. Great front desk staff! And nice bathtub!

The check in was seamless. The bathrooms very fairly bigger than the other hotels we stayed in. We could take the amenities we neeeded from the reception and we could also borrow things from reception at a minimum cost. They rooms were secure and we will be able to get down only in our floor. They even had some English channels which 3 other hotels we stayed at did not have. It was only 5 min walk to the railway station and we took the direct train to Marita airport from the Shimbashi station. Overall we had a pleasant stay with the view of the Tokyo tower

Can’t speak highly enough about my experience at this hotel. For an extremely fair price, they went above and beyond and had every small convenience I might need. Additionally they always provided this service with a smile on their face.

Room is very small, we had to find creative ways to keep 1 large suitcase and 1 carry-on suitcase. There isn't any room to hang out in the hotel room so we had to meet with our friends in the lobby. Otherwise the hotel was great, very convenient location, helpful staff, free coffee machine, etc.

The room is very small but we were able to fit three people (1 adult and 2 kids in). The bathroom is decent sized. It is an area with so many dining options and about 3 minutes walk from subway station and airport train ( we used Keisei Skyaccess line which you don’t need to change train). Very convenient.

Great spot. Room was a comfortable size and good for what we needed. Just around the corner from Shimbashi station which we used multiple times a day, and close to some tasty food options. Would stay again :)

The hotel is good on cleanliness and service from the staff is perfect. The location is very convenient to all the amenities and within walking distance the train station. To Ginza area, only few minutes walk. Perfect location to stay. 👍👍👍

Property is close to Shimbashi train station; less than a 10 minute walk. Free coffee machine offers lots of options, including tea service too. Front desk staff is exceptionally helpful and tries their best to fulfill requests, always with a warm smile. Their friendly and cheerful personalities shine through and makes the stay even more pleasurable. I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely hotel. We booked a room for 3 people. 2 adults and 1 10 yr old. When we got to our room, we had 1 queen bed. Room was very tight. No space for a cot. We had to squeeze 3 people onto the queen bed. Finally we ended getting blankets and made a bed on the floor for our child. Room was a bit hot, especially with 3 people in the room, as air conditioner would not go on high.

Nice clean small room with good AC, TV, safe, and all the in room items you need plus a fully stocked amenities bar. Don’t worry if you forgot something or don’t bring anything at all. Daily housekeeping is a plus. Hotel is close walk to metro, shops and dining. Lots of convenience stores and bars in the area as well. There were no drawers in the room so it’s best for backpackers or those who travel light or out of a suitcase. Overall very convenient.
